01 · The work

Good listening changes decisions.

Some songs need a carefully captured voice. Some conversations deserve to be heard without effort. Other projects already have their pieces but need a balance that brings them together. Biotroncetra focuses audio work on those decisions: understand the material, agree the scope and give each stage the attention the piece actually needs.

Choose vocal recording, podcast production, mixing and mastering or engineer-assisted voiceover. Each service page explains preparation, delivery and separately quoted work. Compare VAT-inclusive and net rates rather than relying on an incomplete figure. An enquiry starts a review of your project; booking requires a quotation and confirmation.

02 · The approach

Fewer assumptions. More clarity.

Work begins before a microphone is switched on. A demo, outline or approved script identifies priorities. Creative decisions still outstanding should be organised before timing is confirmed. During production, changes affecting scope are discussed with you. You can understand what is being done and why, rather than discovering extra tasks at delivery.

Enquiries use Madrid working hours and appointments are confirmed in writing. Mixing and editing can be assessed through remote delivery after the material and transfer channel are reviewed. Living elsewhere does not prevent sharing a project, but files and connections still need checking before suitability is assumed.

Our approach

03 · The process

From the goal to delivery.

  1. 01Brief

Tell us the goal, available material and preferred date. We review the job before suggesting a session.

  2. 02Quotation

You receive scope, rates, first delivery date and written terms. Booking follows acceptance and the 30% deposit.

  3. 03Work

We follow the agreed scope and discuss changes before carrying them out. The booked time includes planned breaks.

  4. 04Delivery

Review a version, consolidate comments and use the 2 included rounds. Final files and agreed rights follow full payment.

A sound reference helps describe intention, depth or pace. It is not a promise to copy another production. The process depends on suitable decisions for your material and files that make sense to you. Website photographs illustrate working scenes; actual requirements are described in the proposal and session instructions.

The quotation sets first delivery, formats and timing. Two feedback rounds cover the agreed scope, with working files retained for 6 months after delivery. Consolidate observations into one list and keep your own copies. Continuity depends both on recording well and on knowing which version is approved and who needs to receive it.

04 · Before you arrive

Arrive with a clearer idea.

Read the guides before booking. They offer checklists for vocal preparation, podcast costs, track exports and voiceover permissions. They help reduce uncertainty rather than test your technical knowledge. If a term is unfamiliar, describe the objective in your own words and start there. An understandable brief is more useful than an impressive list of equipment names.

All questions
Does an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. Availability, scope and first delivery need written confirmation. Booking follows quotation acceptance and a 30% deposit. The website does not collect payments or automatically confirm a time. Keep the accepted proposal so the agreement remains easy to check.

Which format will I receive?

The quotation defines files. Delivery commonly uses 24-bit WAV at the agreed sample rate and, where useful, an MP3 listening copy. Separate tracks and stems are not part of every job. Share another platform’s or engineer’s requirements before work begins.

How many feedback rounds are included?

Two rounds cover the booked scope. Send a consolidated list with timecodes or module references. Adding tracks, rewriting a script or recording another performance may require another quotation; the arrangement is not unlimited revision.

When is cancellation free?

Up to 7 days before the session, with the deposit refunded. Shorter notice involves assessment of actual committed costs and applicable rules. The policy does not remove statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal where applicable. Read the terms before acceptance.
