1. Editorial scope
Guides and FAQs help prepare sessions, understand files and organise budgets. They do not replace a review of a specific project or a written contract. Format recommendations depend on material and the destination platform. Needs can change between jobs in the same service category. Ask before sending material when restoration, accessibility adjustments or special outputs are needed. General technical information does not imply every solution suits every source.
2. Outcomes and technical limits
The result also depends on source material, performance and project decisions. Platform acceptance, sales, search rankings and audience growth are not guaranteed. Processing a clipped source cannot automatically recover missing information. References communicate intention rather than promise an identical copy. Each service is scoped in the quotation, and relevant limits should be explained before work starts. If an issue needs another task, it is discussed instead of becoming an unapproved charge.
3. Permissions and advice
Clients need sufficient rights in scripts, compositions, instrumentals, voices and commissioned materials. A technical session does not settle ownership disputes or extend licences. Rights-related pages provide useful questions rather than personalised legal advice. Performer agreements, advertising usage and synthetic applications require appropriate review. The service does not offer deceptive public-figure imitation or implicit voice-cloning permission. If the person authorised to approve a piece is unclear, pause publication and consult the relevant holder.
4. Photography and trademarks
Images are illustrative, AI-generated and selected to explain working scenes. They are not verified staff portraits or evidence of an address. They should not be used to infer access, capacity or equipment inventories. Named trademarks belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship or certification. No invented reviews or awards are presented. Confirm operational information through a written proposal and appointment instructions. Agreed documents take priority over assumptions drawn from an editorial photograph.
5. Corrections and statutory rights
Report information errors by identifying the page and the detail needing review. A content update does not itself change an accepted job’s terms. Responsibility follows the contract and applicable law. This disclaimer does not exclude consumer rights or duties that cannot be limited. Also read the terms, legal notice and privacy policy. When a decision has significant legal or financial implications, verify the information with the project owner before acting.
