The Spanish version is the legally binding version. Read the Spanish text.
- You can read the site without optional consent.
- Accepting and rejecting are equally accessible.
- Only your preference is stored in localStorage.
- You can change it from every page footer.
1. Storage in use
The website installs no analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies and loads no tracking services. It remembers your choice through a localStorage entry named btrc_consent_v1, managed by the website itself. The record contains a version, decision timestamp and boolean category states. It contains no name, email or advertising identifier. Images, CSS and JavaScript are served from the same origin. An external form submission, once activated, is a separate interaction described in the privacy policy rather than automatic tracking.
2. Categories and choice
Necessary storage supports operation and the requested preference record. Functional, analytics, marketing and personalisation are optional categories with no active providers attached in this version. Selecting them does not load nonexistent tags. You can accept all, reject optional categories or save a selection. Necessary storage cannot be switched off in the panel because it remembers the choice you ask to retain. Future tools require policy review and, where applicable, consent before nonessential processing starts.
3. Duration and renewal
The choice is retained for 180 days in this browser. After that, the notice appears again. An unrecognised version or invalid record also requests another choice. Preferences are not synchronised across devices. Clearing browser data or using private browsing may prevent retention. The storage is not intended to establish who accepted. Its purpose is applying a local preference without repeating the same question during every visit.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
The footer’s cookie settings control opens the panel from any page and allows a different decision. This page offers the same control. Rejecting optional categories does not block content, rates or navigation. If the browser prevents localStorage writes, the site remains readable and may show the notice on another visit. Session storage is not used to bypass the restriction. You can manually remove local data in your browser’s privacy settings.
5. Information and questions
Spain’s LSSI governs terminal-device storage alongside personal-data rules when personal information is processed. This policy describes the site code; it does not claim a banner alone resolves every obligation. For questions, use the contact described in the privacy policy. The AEPD cookie guide provides institutional information. Before adding an external platform, its purpose, provider, retention and actual behaviour need checking, and the storage table must be updated.
