Our approach
About the studio
Clear decisions, from the brief to the last file.

Biotroncetra presents an audio workflow built around visible decisions: an understandable goal, a quotation separating tasks and a delivery that does not leave you guessing about files. Madrid is the reference point for sessions and working hours; mixing and editing projects can also be assessed remotely. The proposal follows the material instead of treating every commission like the same song.
Engineering handles signal, listening and continuity. Production organises priorities, scope and timing. Coordination gathers references, versions and comments so a project does not proceed with contradictory instructions. Those responsibilities should remain clear even when one person performs several roles. No unverified names, career histories or certifications are presented as credentials.
The task defines the process
In vocal recording, performance guides the session. A podcast needs intelligibility and conversational pace. Mixing reviews relationships between elements; mastering works on an approved mix. Voiceover requires an agreed script, intention and permissions. Distinguishing the tasks lets a budget address a concrete need rather than adding processing out of habit.
Before work begins, available material, deliverables and the first version date are identified. The proposed deposit is 30% of the accepted quotation, with free cancellation up to 7 days before under the terms. Two feedback rounds cover the booked scope. Enquiries are answered within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 Madrid time. Changes that affect the work are discussed before being carried out.
Working files are retained for 6 months after delivery. Download finals and keep your own backups: retaining a project is not indefinite hosting. Agreed rights in original studio contributions follow full payment without changing pre-existing rights. Images and scenes are illustrative and AI-generated; they are not evidence of people, facilities or equipment. Use a written proposal and the preparation guides to organise a session. Clear files, permissions and one approval owner are practical foundations for a project that remains understandable from the first enquiry through its final handover.
