What helps to know
Frequently asked questions
Answers about preparation, sessions, delivery, rights and budgets.
Booking and preparation
What do you need for a quotation?
Tell us the service, goal, approximate duration, available material and preferred date. A demo or script helps explain the work. Avoid identity documents and unnecessary sensitive details. We reply within 2 business days and request further information only when it is useful.
Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. Availability, scope and first delivery need written confirmation. Booking follows quotation acceptance and a 30% deposit. The website does not collect payments or automatically confirm a time. Keep the accepted proposal so the agreement remains easy to check.
What are the enquiry hours?
Enquiry hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 in the Europe/Madrid time zone. Business days exclude applicable public holidays. Each session needs specific confirmation; a schedule on the website does not mean an unannounced visit can be accommodated.
Do I need to buy equipment first?
Not for an engineer-assisted session. Preparing lyrics, scripts, files and references is more useful. If your own equipment is part of the sound, mention it so connections can be assessed. Do not assume compatibility without sharing requirements before booking.
Can someone under 18 book?
The booking flow is for adults aged 18 or over. If a performer is younger, participation must be reviewed with their legal representative before booking. Using another person’s email does not replace appropriate permission.
During the session
Is an engineer present during recording?
Yes. Hourly recording rates include an engineer during the booked time. Additional production, extensive editing and hiring performers are different tasks. Scope is agreed before work starts, and changes affecting cost or timing are discussed.
Are breaks part of the booked time?
Yes. Tests, breaks and retakes are part of the session. Planning them supports calm, attentive work. Mention specific breaks or adjustments beforehand so a suitable duration can be considered in the quotation.
Can I bring someone with me?
Tell us who will participate and who needs to accompany you before confirming. Arrangements depend on the job and available space, which needs verification. During takes, interruptions should be limited and access routes kept clear.
Do you record video or stream live?
The published rates concern audio. Video and live streaming are not included by default. Describe cameras, destination and requirements if you need them so a separate scope can be assessed. A conversation photograph does not imply audiovisual production.
What if the material has problems?
We review it and explain limitations that can be identified. Clean recording cannot automatically restore a clipped instrumental. Restoration, retakes or production changes are assessed before work is added. No promise is made to fix every technical defect.
Files and delivery
Which format will I receive?
The quotation defines files. Delivery commonly uses 24-bit WAV at the agreed sample rate and, where useful, an MP3 listening copy. Separate tracks and stems are not part of every job. Share another platform’s or engineer’s requirements before work begins.
When does the first version arrive?
The date is agreed after duration, material and scope are reviewed. Different jobs do not share a universal turnaround. Mention external publication dates when requesting a quotation so production, review and delivery can fit the schedule.
How many feedback rounds are included?
Two rounds cover the booked scope. Send a consolidated list with timecodes or module references. Adding tracks, rewriting a script or recording another performance may require another quotation; the arrangement is not unlimited revision.
How long is the project retained?
Working files are kept for 6 months after delivery. Download finals and keep your own backup before the period ends. Tax or contractual retention follows different rules and does not mean the creative archive remains available indefinitely.
Can we work remotely?
Mixing and editing can be assessed through remote delivery. A transfer channel is agreed and material checked before confirmation. A remote podcast contribution needs its own connection test and is not automatically included in an in-person session.
Permissions and voice
Who authorises the backing track?
The person commissioning its use must check the licence or obtain permission from the holder. A track sent by a friend does not itself establish commercial permission. Keep the usage terms and disclose territory, duration or platform limits before recording.
Does voiceover pricing include a performer?
No. It is an engineer-assisted recording rate. You can bring an authorised voice. Casting, performer fees and usage rights need a separate agreement. The quotation should distinguish them so technical services and permissions are not confused.
Can the voices be used to train AI?
That is outside this service. Conventional recording permission does not imply training, synthesis or cloning rights. Another request would require review and a specific agreement. Voices are not attributed to another person, and deceptive public-figure imitation is not offered.
When are agreed rights delivered?
After full payment, for original studio contributions expressly defined in writing. Pre-existing rights remain with their holders. Paying for a session cannot automatically turn a third party’s limited licence into unrestricted ownership.
Do the images show actual staff?
They are AI-generated illustrations and do not establish staff identities, facilities or a location. They explain working scenes. Use the quotation and confirmed instructions for operational details rather than inferring equipment or access from a photograph.
Payment and cancellation
Do prices include VAT?
Published rates include 21% VAT and also show the net amount. The quotation specifies the tax treatment of the actual transaction. Amounts are rounded to cents; the total follows the appropriate quantity and net base.
Is the deposit added to the price?
No. The 30% deposit is deducted from the accepted total. For a €170 VAT-inclusive item, it is €51, leaving €119 for that item. A change to the complete quotation changes the calculation too.
When is cancellation free?
Up to 7 days before the session, with the deposit refunded. Shorter notice involves assessment of actual committed costs and applicable rules. The policy does not remove statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal where applicable. Read the terms before acceptance.
Are B2B payment terms available?
A 15-day invoice term is available when expressly agreed in writing. It is not automatic for every job. The quotation defines remaining payment and delivery conditions. Banking or card details are not entered on these pages.
Can I buy directly on the website?
The website explains the offering and helps prepare an enquiry; it has no automatic purchase or payment. Form submission requires prior activation and verification. Provider identity, scope, price, timing and terms must appear in an acceptable proposal before contracting.
