- The quotation defines scope, timing and VAT-inclusive price.
- Booking uses a 30% deposit deducted from the total.
- Cancellation is free up to 7 days before, preserving statutory rights.
- There are 2 feedback rounds within the booked scope.
1. Quotation and acceptance
Every job needs a written quotation identifying the provider, service, quantity, net price, VAT, deliverables and first delivery date. A conversation or enquiry does not confirm availability. The booking flow requires an adult aged at least 18. Participation by minors must be agreed with their legal representative beforehand. Scope changes need express acceptance before work begins. The studio does not promise audiences, advertising approval or a guaranteed artistic outcome.
2. Prices and payment
Published rates include 21% VAT and also display the net amount. The final quotation applies the tax treatment appropriate to the actual transaction. The 30% deposit is deducted from the accepted total. The website does not collect card details. Remaining payment and final delivery follow the agreed schedule; a 15-day B2B invoice term applies only when granted in writing. An invoice cannot extend performer licences or third-party rights.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the session and the deposit is refunded. With less notice, actual committed costs, completed work and applicable rules are assessed; there is no unexplained automatic retention. A new date depends on availability and needs written confirmation. If the studio cannot deliver the appointment, it offers an acceptable alternative or returns the corresponding amounts. Changes in participants or materials should be reported because they may affect preparation and pricing.
4. Consumer rights
The commercial cancellation policy does not replace statutory withdrawal rights that may apply to distance contracts. Where applicable, the ordinary period is 14 calendar days. Starting a service earlier requires the requests and acknowledgements demanded by law; a privacy checkbox is not a presumed waiver. Charges for partially performed services must follow legal requirements. Ask for information or communicate your decision through the contact channel before accepting an immediate start date.
5. Delivery, review and archive
Two feedback rounds cover the quoted scope. Comments should be consolidated into a clearly referenced list. New takes, tracks, scripts or unagreed versions may require another quotation. The first delivery date depends on material and workload; there is no universal turnaround. Working files are retained for 6 months after delivery. Download final files and keep your own copies; recovery should not be assumed after that period. Report delivery issues promptly while materials remain available for review.
6. Rights and responsibility
After 100% payment, expressly agreed rights in original studio contributions are delivered with usage limits defined in writing. Rights in existing compositions, instrumentals, voices and other material remain with their holders. The client must have permission for the commissioned use. The licence does not authorise voice training or cloning. Responsibilities follow the contract and law without excluding mandatory obligations or forcing consumers into a different court from their lawful forum.
